House rules are a great way to make sure travelers know what you expect from them. You can use house rules to outline your event or pet policy, minimum age requirement, or if your property's suitable for children. 
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, select the one you want to edit.
  3. Select Property from the navigation menu.
  4. Select Rules & policies.
  5. Select the House rules tab.
  6. Set your max occupancy, minimum age, etc.
  7. Select Save.
Add details to your rules 
Some house rules let you add specific details about your requirements. For example, you can add information about pet type and size permitted at your property. You can also add more details for guests with a custom note (up to 50 characters) in each rule.
