Vacation rental hosts want to know about your experience. If you have not already done so, please contact the host to report your experience and concerns.

To file a property complaint:
  1. Click Contact Us at the bottom of this page. 
  2. Click Property Complaint
  3. Have ready the following details:
    • The name, phone number, and email address for the host
    • The property listing ID# from the site you booked on
    • A brief explanation of the situation and your desired outcome. You may be sent a request via email to put this in writing.
Property complaints are forwarded to the host requesting that they contact you as soon as possible to resolve your complaint.

While we do not mediate disputes, we do take these complaints seriously. All property complaints are documented and hosts are encouraged to address such complaints in a timely manner. Appropriate action may be considered for properties with multiple property complaints.
