An email is sent from us to your email address when a traveller submits a reservation request.
A pending reservation request can also be found by logging in to your account dashboard.
- Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu.
- To view just pending requests, click All messages.
- Select Reservation requests.
You have 24 hours to respond to a reservation request. Once a reservation request has been submitted, a hold will be placed on your calendar and you will be unable to receive other requests for those same dates. If you decide to decline that reservation request, the hold will be removed and your calendar will be open for other requests. If you do not respond to a reservation request, the reservation is automatically declined.
