1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have multiple properties, click on the one you want to view.
  3. Click Inbox in the navigation menu.
  4. The All Messages drop-down menu allows you to filter your conversations.
  5. Click on the appropriate enquiry message to view the enquiry.
  6. To reply to an enquiry, choose from the following options and continue with the corresponding steps:
    • Reply and pre-approve - Use this when you're ready to send a payment request and allow your traveller to pay.
    • Reply with text only - Use this to have a back and forth conversation with your guest. Once you're ready to book, use the reply and pre-approve option.
To reply and pre-approve
  1. Click Reply & pre-approve.
  2. To make any changes to the booking or payment details, click Edit quote.  
  3. Customise your message to your traveller as needed. To select the template you wish to use, click Templates. To add an attachment to your response, click Attachments.
  4. Click Pre-approve to send your pre-approval to the traveller.
To reply with text only
  1. Click Reply from within the chat area. 
  2. From here, you can write a custom reply. To select a template, click Templates. To add an attachment, click Attachments
  3. Click Send.
