To send a traveller a customised request for a review from the inbox
- If you have more than one listing, select the appropriate listing.
- Select Inbox from the navigation menu.
- Select the appropriate Post Stay reservation. You can use the All Messages drop-down menu to filter your conversations.
- Select Request review in the chat area.
- By default, the Request Review template is displayed. Customise the message as desired.
- Select Request review.
- Select Property from the navigation menu
- Select Reviews
- Locate and select the traveller you want to send a review request
- Select Request review
- Customise the message as desired
- Select Send
If the guest has already submitted a review, the Request Review template will not appear as an option. If you submit a guest rating and 14 days pass without the guest submitting a review of your property, they're no longer eligible to write a review and any links previously sent will not work.
