Decline a booking request
An email notification is sent to the traveller letting them know their booking request has been declined.- Log in to your account.
- Select Inbox in the navigation menu
- Select the appropriate pending booking request.
- In the chat area, select Decline.
- Select Continue.
- Select a reason for declining the request from the drop-down menu.
- To choose a template to reply with, select Templates, or type a response.
- Select Decline booking.
