Travellers who book online through us will receive an email on the day of checkout inviting them to submit a review.

To leave a review of a property as a traveller

In the email:
  1. Tap "Yes" or "No" in response to "Did you enjoy your stay?"
  2. A form will open in your browser asking for additional feedback.
  3. Rate your experience from one to five stars (one is the lowest rating; five is the highest) and fill in the required fields.
  4. Click Save and Continue.
Logged in to a traveller account:
  1. Select My Trips.
  2. Select the specific reservation from past trips.
  3. Click Leave a Review.
  4. Rate your experience from one to five stars (one is the lowest rating; five is the highest) and fill in the required fields.
  5. Click Submit.
After submitting a review, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your review and your review ID. Once a review has been submitted, the other party has 14 days to write a review. If the property owner submits a review first, you will receive a reminder email two days before the 14-day window ends. Neither party can see the other’s review until both reviews are written or the 14-day window has ended. You have up to one year to submit your review if the other party has not yet submitted a review.

Once a review has been submitted, it cannot be edited. However, if a star rating doesn’t match the content of the review, you may request a correction to the star rating up to 60 days after submission. If you wish to remove a review for any reason, you will be unable to resubmit a new review. 
 
What reviews should and should not contain
All reviews must adhere to our Content Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove reviews that do not adhere to our guidelines.
