The Payout summary provides a real-time overview of the funds you received after commission and fees withheld from rental amounts have been deducted.

The Payout Summary is intended to provide you with a simplified view of your payout information that correspond with your completed bookings over a period of time. 

This report can be generated in two ways "Payouts within the date range," which includes all the reservations you were paid out for within the date range selected, and  "Stays within the date range," which include the reservation activity for stays where check-in occurred within the date range.
  1. Log in to your account
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to view
  3. Click Reservation manager in the left navigation menu
  4. Click Financial reporting
  5. Click Start to view the calendar
  6. Select the Start and End dates you want to view
  7. Click Includes to choose Payouts within this date range or Stays within this date range
  8. Click Refresh
  9. All payouts that meet your search criteria will be displayed
  10. Click the down arrow to expand the payout amount for more details
    1. Click Download to download a CSV/XLS spreadsheet of the reservations
    2. Click the printer icon to print the reservations. If you choose to print, you will want to change the orientation to print in "landscape" mode.
