You can see all your booking information in your Guest account. If you need to change or cancel your booking you can request this in your guest account. 

If you can’t find the answer to your question, you need to send a message to the host from your guest account inbox.
 
If you booked through a host that uses external software, or if you booked outside of our system, your reservation might not appear. In this situation, try contacting the host by replying to the emails you received. You can also contact us for help.
