How do enquiries appear in my personal email account inbox?

Enquiries appear with the traveller's full name and enquiry details. When opened, the from field contains the traveller’s name and <sender@messages.homeaway.com>.

Upon replying, you will see the traveller’s name and an anonymous email address with a 36 digit mix of numbers and letters followed by @messages.homeaway.com. These anonymous email addresses are a new form of secure communication.
