Our technicians follow manufacturer schedules, ensuring every part is serviced or replaced on time. Safety-critical defects are prioritised, and repairs are performed at member pricing before coverage begins.
Each plan starts with a baseline inspection to confirm eligibility and establish your vehicle's health. After activation, all service events are digitally recorded with part numbers, photos, and notes in your vehicle's online maintenance log. A complimentary remote diagnostic interface connects to your vehicle's OBD-II port—allowing us (with your consent) to monitor system performance, detect early faults, and advise on preventive actions.
